By accessing the Toll Road Ready learner driver education program (Program), you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Program. The materials contained in this Program are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

The Program contains general guidance only regarding the use of toll roads in Australia. It is not intended to be a complete or accurate description of the road rules or substitute for proper driver training. You remain responsible for the safe operation of your vehicle and compliance with all relevant road rules and the rules applicable to the particular toll roads upon which you travel.
